Instead of outsourcing to large factories, the process happens right here: drafting patterns, working with local dyers, and constructing each garment start to finish.
 

Because it’s so hands-on, I don't sit on mountains of stock. Batches stay limited to a handful of pieces per size. It’s a slow way to build things, but it means the cut, fabric, and finishing are dialed in on every single piece.
